Espinho is a coastal city in northern Portugal known for its long sandy beaches, vibrant surf scene, and lively atmosphere. It’s also famous for its weekly open-air market, one of the largest in the country. With a casino, cultural events, and easy train access to Porto, Espinho blends seaside relaxation with urban convenience.
Beautiful day, my bike was fixed yesterday much easier ride today.
Great group to do this with and I think you would be impressed with the level of these riders. I believe that many without the challenges of parkinson would find it very hard to keep with this gang.
Today I found myself together with Trond (former active cyclist) and Steve Iseman (a guy with incredible power in his cycling and I also think he has a very strong mindset). Great fun to ride with them.
